The confirmation gave a 2-5 business day arrival time. Order was placed on 3/9/20 and have not received as yet with today being 3/19/20. I have finally gotten tracking information indicating I can expect delivery around 3/21/20. Disappointing to say the least!

This complaint is regarding my order #175470 from 08/24/2020. I purchase ink cartridges forCanon Maxify 2720. I received the cartridges and installed them properly several times, but they did not work.  

I sent your customer service team an email in order to have this issue resolved, and asked to have the proper ones sent to me, and I would return these ones, but your customer support was not very polite and did not try to help me.
I also tried calling several times in order to speak with your customer support, 888 991 6943 / 702 878 5757, but there was no answer.

I have already returned the cartridges received by USPS tracking #9500 1158 8271 0246  6122 44, at my expense, on 9/02/2020.  
I have now been unable to use my printer, which we use daily, which has impaired my job.

I kindly ask that you please consider the above mentioned,  and send me the correct items as soon as possible, or provide me with a full refund for my money paid.
